I'm a Brit in Park City with a small business moving people around this awesome part of Utah.
The winter shuttle service runs as below between December and April:
- FROM PARK CITY to SLC:
- 6am, 8.30am, 10.30am, 2pm, 4pm.
- FROM SLC to PARK CITY:
- 9.30am, 11.30am, 3pm, 5pm.
Park City pick ups at your hotel or home will be within 15 minutes either side of the departure time - the driver will advise estimated timing. Fare is $70 for one person, or $50 each for 2 or more - scroll down to check availability & book. Bookings are taken online up to 12 hours before departure, after that cut-off please call. If you are way up in the Colony, Glenwild, Promontory or upper Deer Valley we add $10 and might need to do an earlier pickup to get to everyone else in time - we'll be in touch to arrange or feel free to call. Shuttle bookings for December will be open in November.

Some small print!
As a small Park City business operating in sometimes tricky conditions it is possible that due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot make pickups or dropoffs as planned. Reasons could include extreme weather, traffic accidents, a flat tire or being suddenly called to the school for an unwell child. All these have happened in the past, but to date we have not failed to get passengers to the airport on time for a flight. This is normally by using a trusted network of reliable drivers with AWD vehicles who can step in at short notice, in the same way that we do for them. We will do everything we can to get you there and cover any additional transport costs to the airport ourselves.
